On July 28, 2014, U.S. District Judge Price Marshall, granted summary judgment for Forman Perry Watkins Krutz & Tardy LLP clients Precision Packaging and Clemco Industries in Hershel Robinson v. Pangborn, et al., a silica case filed in the Eastern District of Arkansas.
